This is the three cord reformer, with trampoline and feet bar.  Headrest and shoulder support.  Comes with instructions and some dvds.  Overall, in good condition, the main bed has some marks and a score but has not gone all the way  through.  Has been stored . Have now upgraded to the 5 cord reformer .  Elastics have outer cotton covering, which looked frayed , but it it just the covering and are in full working order.
