What you see is what you get. Everything works speaker, remote and starmate. The starmate does have a subscription, i do not know what type since i am not the original owner. I tried to call them but i do not have the previous owners records. I will double check before the item is shipped to see if it is active. Also, the rubber on the top and bottom of the starmate are sticky a little and hold dusty. When purchasing you run the risk of the subscription not being the lifetime or cancelled at some point.
