Lieutenant General Sir George Lloyd Reilly Richardson KCB (1847 – 1931) British Indian Army officer. A veteran of the Second Anglo-Afghan War and Boxer Rebellion, and later commander of the Ulster Volunteer Force in Ireland. 
General Officer Commanding Poona Division in 1904. 

Poor to fair condition. 1.5in closed tear to top edge, small loss to top left corner, other edge creasing and small closed edge tears. Faint foxing and marking.
