IWC Ingenieur Meca Quartz Chronograph with Alarm (red indicator hand). The Ingenieur series was designed by Gerald Genta and this version features one of the most sophisticated quartz movements made (alongside the oysterquartz); which features the JLC 3805 movement with a certified chronometer and two quartz motors. 

This piece is all original and in excellent condition — still very sharp (no polishing) with a new dial and hands (fully serviced/updated by IWC in 2023). Receipt available for that service, but no original docs. This model was manufactured between 1991 and 1996.
