If you're just looking for a straight, good condition truck, then you'll probably find cheaper elsewhere - but if you value quality and originality then this is a rare gem that shouldn't be missed. The truck is in remarkable original, unmodified condition - even the radio works. It is currently showing approx 40,000 miles, which I believe to be genuine. Purchased on 2nd September 1978 by Andy Zvolanek from Koons Chevrolet of Wymore Nebraska, this C20 pickup spent the rest of it’s life, well maintained and totally original, in the Nebraska farmlands until it’s import to the UK in 2019. I even have the original dealer keyfob and warranty documents.
I purchased the truck from an auction house in February 2022. Since then the truck has been fully serviced, with new discs, calipers, pads and wheel bearings on the front. The fuel pump and the choke mechanism have been replaced. I also had the underside treated with 3M Body Schutz Coating (there was merely light surface rust and I have photos before & after so you can see nothing was covered up). It's also been fitted with a new battery and the heater core has been replaced. I recently had the paintwork machine polished and protected with a 5-year warrantied ceramic coating - it gleams!
