Purchases made in our shop are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales. In the event of an incorrect order (I ordered and therefore received a product that I did not want) you have 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility of returning the product.
For items with a SIAE stamp, the product must be returned with the stamp intact. Returns of items with a broken or missing SIAE stamp will not be accepted.
The right of withdrawal lapses:
- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (packaging and / or its contents)
- Even partial use of the goods and any consumables
- The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts ...)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
After receiving the goods and verifying their integrity, we will issue a refund according to the instructions you wish to provide.
The products purchased are subject to the discipline, as applicable, referred to in Legislative Decree 2.2.2002 n. 24 (Official Gazette No. 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods and, to the extent not contemplated therein, with the specific provisions on the matter provided for by the Civil Code. These warranties will apply to the product that has conformity defects and / or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly.
In the case of DVDs and Blu-Rady Discs, please, before requesting product replacement, make sure that the defect still exists on DVD players of other brands / models.
Any malfunction of the products as well as any problem encountered in the delivery (missing or incorrect products, damaged in transport, etc.) must be reported within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the goods clearly specifying the nature of the problem.
If the defective product is part of a box set, the procedure must be activated for the entire box and not for the single disc.
The return must in any case be authorized in advance. Packages received without any authorization will not be processed.
ATTENTION: KONKE reserves the right to verify the actual defect complained of by the Customer and to make the replacement only after this check. If the product is no longer available, we will refund the full amount instead.
