Sounds great when it's loud (see video) some noise at the top of side 2, the labels on this copy read 'STEREO' but the record is the mono pressing.  It seems that there are a number of these mono issues with stereo labels out there.  

ADDENDUM: just double checked and the matrix number etched into the deadwax is indeed from the mono stamper which is as follows:
