Here is a pair (2 valances) by Pottery Barn Kids.  The background color is white, the trim is white polka dots on a green background.  There is a sheep and a giraffe on each valance. The blue is not as bright as when new.  The valances measure 42 inches wide, by 18 inches in length.  There is a center pleat.

One of the valances has a very light blue line about 3/8 of an inch near the pleat. 

The valances are lined and there are 3" tabs on the lined side.

They are made of 100 percent cotton.  The valances have been laundered for your convenience.
