Antique Rare Gebruder Heubach Bisque Santa Girl Snowbaby Christmas Doll Figurine. Very good condition. Fabulous large size Heubach often referred to as ‘The Santa Girl’. Most of these rare Heubach’s were made without a bag, thankfully this one has hers. Her clothing color and fur trim is reminiscent of the Christmas season. She is approximately 4 in. wide, 6 in. deep and 5 1/4 in. tall. She is marked with an embossed number 2 and possibly a number 3 next to it on the bottom. It is definitely one of the Gebruder Heubachs. When moving her you can hear a very small piece of bisque inside that was probably left from production. The top of her winter bonnet I was told had a minor chip that was professionally repaired prior to my acquisition. This was second hand information. If there was a chip it was repaired exceptionally well. There is a firing line on the inside of her bag by her left hand. Her impressive sculpting and detailing are timeless. Knowing how rare these Santa Girls are inspired me to purchase as I am an avid collector of Gebruder Heubach and have much respect for their workmanship. I have thoroughly enjoyed this cherished piece for many holidays. I know she’ll bring warmth to your home this year!
