New, unused kit includes (12) mounts as shown.  Outer box has damage but the parts are

new and unused.  NOT takeoffs.  Fit 2004-2018 Chevrolet Express & 2001-2018 GMC Savana. 

Will be shipped in other non-original box due to outer box damage.
