Two person delivery - This ensures effortless delivery and setup in your room of choice.

Delivery within 10 working days - We always aim to deliver your chair in under 10 working days. Some parts of the country may take longer.

Free chair removal - We will remove an existing chair free of charge. Please let us know when placing the order, We cannot remove a chair without notice. (we will not remove sofas or anything with more than one seat)

Notifications - You will be notified by our courier and be given a set window for delivery. Please be available at time of delivery. If for any reason you cannot be home at the specified time please contact the courier with plenty of notice.

Express pallet delivery service - Curb side drop-off only. No unpacking or assembly assistance provided. a set up video will be provided and telephone assistance can be given.

Delivery within 2 working days - We always aim to get you your chair ASAP. Bank holidays and unforeseen circumstances can create delays occasionally.

Notifications - The courier will notify you of the delivery day. Please be available for the delivery. If you miss the delivery you may be charged another delivery fee.

Our warranty - is backed by nationwide Emmiera engineers. a third party repair service with hundreds of fully trained engineers throughout the UK.

Callouts - If any fault arises please contact us on the number provided in your welcome pack. Most issues can be dealt with over the phone. If an engineer is needed they aim to assist within 7 working days.

To accommodate the majority of our customers who meet the VAT exemption requirements, we have listed all our prices as VAT exempt. This means that the displayed prices already exclude VAT, providing you with a clear and transparent understanding of the costs involved.

Exchanges & Refunds

Comfort and Exchanges:

We prioritise your comfort, and if you wish to exchange the chair, please notify us within 30 days. Our dedicated team will be more than happy to assist you in finding a suitable alternative. Please be aware a re-delivery fee applies of £85

Return Policy:

In the event that you decide to return the chair within 30 days after delivery, please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. Our standard return postage cost is £145, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please ensure that the chair comes from a pet and smoke-free home and remains in the same condition for both exchanges and refunds. Any form of damage and we reserve the right to cancel any refund.
