This is a nice Canon AE-1 Program camera (# 2869712) with a Canon FD 50mm f1.8 bayonet lens, battery, strap, caps, filter, and Instruction Manual.  The top plate looks very good with bright marks.  The base plate has a few light bright marks, but no dings or tripod circles.  The film door has no paint wear.  The door light seals and the mirror bumper have been replaced.  This camera is in full and proper working order.  The shutter speeds progress, and the one second speed agrees to my D300.  Light meter readings are accurate.  I fixed the "Canon Squeal" in the mirror return assembly.  The viewfinder image looks good.  The self-timer is working.  The battery door is sound.  A 6 volt battery and a neck strap are included as well as the instruction manual.  The finger grip is present.  The previous owner left his mark on the side of the prism housing.  I think I covered quite well with some metallic silver leaf.

The Canon 50mm FD f1.8 bayonet mount lens (# 5877829) is in great condition with slight signs of use.  The optics are great with no marks, haze or fungus visible when examined with strong back-light.  The focusing action is as smooth as a new lens.  The aperture adjustment is smooth with good detents.  The engraving is crisp and bright.  The front surface is protected by a Vivitar skylight filter and a Canon lens cap.
