9ct yellow and white gold band with rub over style settings and three 5mm x 4mm oval facet-cut natural rubies and four (150pc) small diamonds.

Approximate band width 3mm at the back to 4mm next to the stones. 

Ring weight orignally 3.28 g, and very little wear and tear, as in photos. 

The ring has an extra sizing piece installed, which could be removed, as in the photographs. With it, the size is US 5 / Aus J 1/2. Without it, the size is US 5 3/4 / Aus L.
