Description

Object: Kakiemon plate from the late Edo or early Meiji period (1850-80), decorated in the typical Kakiemon style and palette in underglaze blue as well as overglaze enamels.  


Decoration: Floral with bird.


Size: Diameter 19 cm.

Marks: "Fuku" in Japanese kanji characters, underglaze blue.

State: Excellent - no chips, cracks or repairs.

NOTE: Sometimes we sell a set of items (e.g. five cups, six plates) one by one.
