If your eBay address does not match the desired delivery address

Return Policy :

NOTE: We are not responsible for the event your item is damaged during installation.
Please make sure the item you purchase will fit perfectly to your vehicle.

Additionally, the item must be checked in this respect in the presence of the courier who delivers it. The courier is obliged to prepare a damage report which is necessary to consider the complaint and initiate the entire complaint procedure.
Also, please give us at least 72 hours to answer your questions!
Shipping costs will apply. If you buy the wrong item,
or if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it .
However, we do not give back the elements of value,

After receiving your payment we endeavour to dispatch your goods within same working day. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Orders placed after 5.00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.

Once we receive an order you have time to cancel the order until 3pm. You will need to send cancellation request by eBay on your order page. Please do NOT send eBay messages to cancel your order as it might not be read on time. Therefore, you will receive the order and will need to refuse the delivery for a return or accept the item and return it back to us on your own cost.

Electrical and electronic parts and goods for professional users for which, according to legal regulations, a VAT invoice must be issued are not subject to return. The buyer bears the return costs. All other goods can be returned without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt.

Car parts showing traces of assembly or with a broken seal are not returnable. All parts must be returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt.
