Removed from low-mileage, 2004 Ford F150 Extended Cab.  In good used condition.  Black in color.  Housing intact - no cracking or splitting.  Switches press down easily.  White lettering is clear, not faded.  Mounting tabs and wiring harness "pigtails" intact.  Note: Several light scratches noted (see pictures - difficult to photograph).
