This is an original vintage Toleware chandelier light fitting with a really lovely  Shabby Chic French style.

A large example of its kind, it has the look of a huge bunch of lilies. with green and pink painted leaves, cream trumpet flower buds. The five glass shades in the shape of Calla Lilies have a splatter paint effect. Suspended with a chain from a peach scalloped ceiling cup at the top which will hide the wiring and your ceiling light. 

It will look delightful in any pretty vintage styled room, it would go especially well with painted shabby chic furniture and floral wallpaper. The ideal gift for anyone with a love of vintage and a fantastic decorators piece. Ideal for any room and it could be the perfect prop for a 1970s/80s period theatrical production. It is a wonderful decorators piece, it is really magical how a statement light fitting like this can transform the whole look of a room.

The label in the ceiling cup says it was made by Eglo, which is actually a British lighting manufacturer, though I found it here in France and they do export worldwide.

In EXCELLENT vintage condition with only very minor cosmetic signs of age. As you can see it is currently in working order. You will need either a professional electrician or a confident DIYer to fix this in your desired location, it will be up to them to get it working there. If you have any concerns about safety you should get it professionally tested after fitting too. It was designed to be used with a European 220/240 volt domestic power circuit, so if you are from a country with 120 volt mains (like USA for example) it might need adapting.
