On offer is this rare James Watson & Co (Dundee) British made whisky decanter & stopper.

Striking blue & white fish scale and floral design with gilt trims, made for the centenary of Watson's Whisky (1815-1915) - King George V is in a cartouche on one side, RT Hon HH Asquith (British Prime Minister) on the other.  With original stopper.

Made by Shelley - carries their registered design number 651677 on the base, which was registered on 23/9/1915.

Height of 30cm to the top of the stopper.

In good/very good antique condition.  Some light scratches to the transfer print cartouches. Please consider photos.
