These were pre-ordered and purchased from the very reputable North American distributor "Big Bad Toy Store" and they are factory new and unopened.  The outside wrapping is still clear and NOT ripped and has never been removed.  This item is factory new and unused and guaranteed purchased directly from the largest North American distributor.  This item has only been stored in darkness within an opaque plastic storage bin that was located within a climate controlled atmosphere.  The loose item photos are stock pictures.  This is an unused and unopened item being shipped from the USA.  We guarantee the authenticity of this item and it is an original TA Acid Rain set. 

***BEWARE!*** If you are ordering from overseas, shipping can take up to two months... they don’t tell you this but it is true. As buyers we no longer purchase from overseas sellers since we’ve had our orders cancelled after sellers have had our money for actual months! The orders we did receive took six weeks and they were mangled and required import fees. You don't want to try and initiate a return with an overseas seller, it's just plain scary.
