The last time this pre amp was hooked up was about 10 years ago and it worked great but I got a different system and packed it away, it has been stored in my heated closet since then and it lights up when plugged in

It is in great condition with only one small scratch on the top of it and there is a picture of the scratch in photos.  Includes orginial packaging (with styrofoam)
