Martin D-35 1977 Acoustic Guitar Japan Used

Description

This 3-piece back model was invented due to the depletion of lumber during the war. Compared to the regular model, the bracing material is thinner, making this model more responsive to delicate touches, and although it is a dreadnought, it is also suitable for fingerstyle guitar playing.

The top spruce is even-grained with conduit filling, and the 3-piece back has a slightly reddish center.
There are some scratches and dings, but no cracks in the wood, and the age-appropriate feel of the guitar gives it a good atmosphere.

The tight bass strings, which are well withered and well-drained, give a strong feeling of being pushed forward when stroked.
The raw sound is very loud and firm, and the sound pressure is overwhelming on strong strokes.

The current string height is about 2.7mm on the 6th string side and about 2.2mm on the 1st string side, which is a standard setting.

Saddle replacement.
