An original, antique, copper-plate engraved map of the English county of Cambridgeshire from ‘England Displayed. Being A New, Complete and Accurate Survey and Description of the Kingdom of England and Principality of Wales’ by P. Russell and O. Price, and published in London by Adlard and Browne in 1769.

The map has detail of place names and topography and includes a simple compass rose and scale of English miles. It is uncoloured as issued and the printed area measures approximately 160mm x 200mm with margins beyond, and is blank verso. The cartographer is not named on the map but it is commonly attributed to John Rocque.

Condition report: Very good condition, light toning, small closed tear to the bottom right margin well away from the printed area. See photographs.
