Antique Perkins Electric Switch (PES) 5 Amp 125 VAC or 3-amp 250 VAC antique on-wall rotary light switch. White porcelain base for "on-the-wall" mounting and in very good condition and tested working.

It has an UL (1894) certification sticker on the inside, but the switch is likely from the period between 1910 (patent date stamped on back) and the early 1920's, as by then the toggle switch had been invented (1917). Perkins was an electric lamp and switch company based in Bridgeport, CT.
