Shipping:

We ship within 2 business days.

Item will be sent by ordinary registered airmail service (India Post) which may take 10 to 15 days but we assume maximum 28 business days for deliver it and sometimes even before. You will have to sing on delivery at the time of receiving item. You will be emailed a tracking number along with package photo. In order to comply with the Department of Transportation regulations, any restricted items will be shipped via ground delivery.

Returns:

In case of any problems after receiving the item. Please contact within 7 days and only the purchase amount will be refunded not the postage amount. One side postage for returning the item will be paid by the buyer. We accept returns within 18 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise that has been opened. We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an order.

Although shipping is fast when shopping at Deals-GE, any orders that are returned to us due to a package being unclaimed or undeliverable because of a wrong address, we will charge Shipping Cost as per article weight to resend the package. If at this point you request a refund, we will refund your payment minus Shipping Cost.
