On offer is this lovely brass pot with the Islamic never ending knot design from the Kano region of Nigeria....which is an Islamic area.

The pot measures 9cms tall by 7.5 cms wide...and is fairly naively made...which a lot of these pots are as they were made from re claimed pieces of brass with fairly basic equipment.

Condition is fair with signs of wear and tarnish all as you can see,.

It is marked to the base.

The last photos show a similar pot in white metal that i am also listing.
