2 with blue backgrounds are Hong Kong. The two with black bases are from Austria and also have glass globes. Arizona snowman is made here in the United States. Most are dry or almost dry but the Hong Kong set has plugs underneath where you can refill them. the 2 Austria ones and Arizona ones, They may just unscrew at the bases.
