Beautiful Murano Art glass bird sculpture, graceful blue blown glass with gold flecks throughout. I believe this is from their "Bird of Paradise" collection. The Murano tag has been removed, but it has all the marks of Murano, including the gold flecks and the signs of blown glass at the base. This exact sculpture has been observed in other auctions and listings with it's Murano tag intact. However, I have not had the authenticity verified, and that is reflected in the price. No box.
A medium to large piece, it stands 12 inches tall and 5 inches wide, and weighs nearly 5 lbs.
Beautiful preowned condition, I see no evidence of cracks or repairs, the only flaw I can find is one small speck on the base. Please view all photos carefully, as they are part of the description.
