Returns:

Restocking fee: 

Restocking fee will be applied on all returns 

Fee will be based on the item value and the condition it is being sent back in. Restocking fees can go all the way up to 50%, but typically we stay in 20-30% range. 


Exceptions apply to restocking fee based on the situations.


For most new items, especially laptops, please know that these products come with warranty from the manufacturer, in the very rare case of an issue with the product down the line, know that the manufacturer (Dell, lenovo,

Apple, etc) can take care of your issue very fast and free of charger for the most part.
