Listed is a Ford Taillight lens with Reverse light.

SAE-TSDB 65 AFD. Should be correct for 1965 Ford Custom 500. Please check your exact application before purchasing. 

NOS OEM FoMoCo part. Box was completely disintegrating so it was thrown away. Very light shelf wear to lens.
