Cloth over Board Hardcover c1910s

In well-used antique condition. 

Cover and spine have surface wear and creasing. 

Looks to have had water damage to lower area of front, with staining noticeable on inside front cover and first page. 

Movement in spine, with ribbing showing, but pages are holding ok. Pencil name on first page. 

Pages have creasing, marks and age discolouration in areas.
