Made by Neko To Mori. These are custom made cat ears themed to match the anime character Sailor Scout Mars from Sailor Moon. Never used, they've remained in their original packaging. Only removed to inspect when received and to take pictures for eBay. The ears can be moved on the hair band to match where you'd prefer them to be. The band is flexible and should be able to fit most head sizes, but I can't promise as they just list them as "one size fits all." 

These are one-of-a-kind ears and are hand made. Please understand I paid much more for these!
