Description:

NEW VW Passat Carpet Mats for 2009-2017 part #3C1863011D. Listing includes four mats. Features custom fit, textured black carpet, reinforced edging, anchor points, and anti-slip bottoms.

*It is difficult to pinpoint exact years because different sites give slightly different answers. Check with your local dealership before ordering or contact me to confirm fitment. I consider it the buyer's responsibility to ensure this is the right part which is why I require buyers to pay for returns unless buyer can demonstrate that there is an error in my listing.

Condition

These are new "open-box" OEM items. One of the labels has been damaged but it doesn't affect the items.

Shipping Policy:

Items may be rolled or folded for shipping purposes.
I don’t ship items outside the continental US or to PO boxes.
Listings with free shipping will be shipped by cheapest or most convenient means available regardless of the carrier offered at checkout.
I ship my items within one business day of payment but I live in a remote area with a satellite post office that does not have automation so tracking may not be visible until the day after I post it.

Return and Cancellation Policy:

I have a 30-day refund policy but buyer must pay for returns.
Any item returned must be in the same condition that it was received in order to receive a full refund. Refund may be prorated or voided if you have used or damaged the item in any way.
I ask that you contact me directly first to notify me of your intent to return the item.
All Items must be returned with all original contents and components.
I do not sell to package forwarding services or any other entities that are not the actual buyer or end user of the item. If I suspect that the buyer is a third party or the address appears suspicious, I will cancel the order and refund the purchase price.
I reserve the right to cancel orders from buyers that have not been eBay members for at least a year, have no or extremely low feedback, non-US buyers, or have unverified PayPal addresses/payment methods.

Feedback:

I do not leave automated feedback like some sellers. I leave individual positive feedback as quickly as the buyer leaves feedback.
If, after 30 days, the buyer has not left any feedback and has not requested a return, I will leave a generic positive comment.
