I'm no expert, but all the buttons work. The bottom button for adjusting the volume also works. There are two handsets, documents, a case. No chips or cracks. Slight discoloration. The case adds to the vintage appeal of the toy and makes it a great addition to any collection of vintage and antique toys. The dimensions are indicated on the ruler in centimeters.
