Last century's spy equipment! A tiny microphone, power supply, and transmitter (AM/FM?UHF??) all in a metal box 1.5 inches long with a screw-in antenna connector and wire.
Seems good, but I have not tried it. I bought this new at the original Spy Shop in London England 30+ years ago.
