NOS  (New Old Stock) does not mean that a part is in mint, perfect, or flawless condition. Car part manufacturers made parts in large quantities as something to be used on a regular car for daily driving. This said we do not sell perfect parts and never have. We sell lots of NOS parts in NOS condition. Some are really, really nice.  Usually our NOS parts are in very good condition except for a minor manufacturer flaw or some small scratches from storage. We will try to note anything unusual in the description. NOS parts do not always come in an old box or bag from a dealership. Sometimes they come from storage locations where they were stored in bulk. Anything we list as NOS has never been installed on a car. NONE of it comes from anywhere but the USA. We have been buying and selling NOS parts for over 12 years and have accumulated a lot of parts.

This is a NOS never installed pair of vent window locks latches in the original boxes. These were purchased with a large lot of NOS parts. I have 2 pairs of these listed. You can't get better quality parts for your restoration than NOS GM parts!
