A very charming all-silk crepe piece, with an ivory-colored top with empire length waist. The bodice is heavily decorated with sweet small rhinestones. It has a scoop neckline and short sleeves. The quality of the silk is very fine. It has a zip closure on the side.  The bottom hem has a slight flare. There are small, removable shoulder pads.

The condition is very good. It has some age discoloration as shown in the photos, and one small spot on the side. The black thread has turned brown which is only visible where the top has been hand sewn to the bottom portion of the dress.
