When you bid on my auction, you agree to the following terms:
Payment should be sent to arrive within three (3) days of the end date of the auction. If no
payment has been received by the third day, I have the right after no payment to relist the item
The winning bidder will pay all shipping and packaging fees. I ship via Canada Post or
US Postal Service
Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These
charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine
what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected
by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for
additional shipping charges.

I am selling off my private collection of Golden Age, Silver Age, Bronze Age, Copper Age and Modern Age comics
that I personally purchased from the 1960's to 2021. Majority of the comics have been in my possession for up to
50 years, stored in a dark climate-controlled environment. All comics were individually bagged at the time of purchase
in new plastic or Mylar bags and backing boards and stored upright in cardboard comic book storage boxes.
Bags and backings for key comics have been recently changed.
Refunds will only be made to items shipped with a tracking number.
