This ready to hang, gallery-wrapped art piece features a hawk looking towards the right side of the frame. Born in 1958 and moved to the country when I was about 3 years old. I grew up surrounded by wilderness, old farm lands and an apple orchard. We had horses and ducks to keep our family entertained. I started drawing as soon as I could hold a pencil. I wanted to be a cowboy when I grew up and my earliest drawings were of horses. I got a lot of art supplies for Christmas and birthdays that kept me working on improving my drawing skills. Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high quality fine art reproductions. The attainable excellence that Giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. The result is wide acceptance of Giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors.
