Shipping
Our warehouse is in Shenzhen, China, and all crystals will be shipped from China.
Because the crystals are customized, we need some time to design and produce your crystal. Normally, all crystals will be dispatched within 3-6 working days of payment verification.
Standard Shipping
Normally, the package will be dispatched within 3-6 working days of payment verification, and buyers in these countries (United States / Canada / United Kingdom / Australia / Germany / France / Spain) will receive the parcel within 10-15 working days of the package shipping. It takes longer time to other countries.
Return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancel
Sometimes, you don’t want the crystal anymore after making the payment, so please let us know ASAP after you make this decision. We will then check your order status.
If our engineer has not begun to design your photo, we will fully refund your money. If your photo design is already finished, a 20% design fee won’t be refunded. If your crystal has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Refunds
We are not able to refund the 20% design fee built into the cost of your crystal. Once your return has been received and examined, you’ll receive an email notification. Within a few days, your refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
