Store Policies
Fixed Item Price - priced based on the
following 3 costs
1) Fair average market value (includes cost to grade if card has been graded)
2) eBay fees (buyers’ responsibility)
3) Time: (my time is valued, and it
takes time to learn about an item, store it safely, list and maintain listing
fees, and do all the background actions needed to run a simple hobby)
Shipping & Handling Costs
Shipping & handling are fixed rate per
listing and baked into the total cost.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping &
handling costs, and I will combine items in one package when multiple items are
selected per order. The cost to ship is fixed per item and combine shipping
doesn't reduce the cost to ship multiple items.
USPS Postage: (based on weight, size,
location)
Packaging: (tape, paper, ink, soft
packaging materials)
Time: (my time is valued, and
it takes time to package and ship an item)
Card Protectors: Cards will ship in
penny sleeves and top loaders.
If you require an upgrade in shipping, please
message the buyer before buying so that we can finalize the buyers preferred
shipping method, thank you!
You are NOT just paying for postage, this is a
FIXED PRICE - feel free to message me with questions prior to committing to the
purchase.
PAYMENT
Immediate payment is due at the time of sale,
and this is not negotiable. As the buyer you are taking the action to commit
and agree to the sale, and that is a contractual agreement you entered when you
selected to BUY the item! If payment is not received within 10 days receipt of
invoice, an unpaid item case will be open; the buyer will lose the order and be
banned from my store. It is the buyer's responsibility to know they can pay for
an item at the time of the sale, and 10 days is enough time to sort out any
issues with acquiring funds needed to complete a simple transaction!
Description & Pictures
Item description and pictures match and this is
not debatable. If you feel there is a discrepancy based on your opinion, then
please, DO NOT PURCHASE THE ITEM. You are the buyer, you know what you want,
and have I no idea what specific needs you are trying to meet. I am not
pedaling garbage or fake items, so be responsible and respectful, or do not buy
from my store!
It is understandable that everyone has their
own perspective and views, so send me a message with your questions and I will
investigate and respond within 5 business days.
My Policy
My only policy is honesty, I am not looking to
get rich or take advantage of anyone. This is my hobby, I enjoy selling
preowned or new items, relics from all ages.
I don't sell garage and I respect my buyers;
you can reference feedback other members have said about working with me. To
that reason I do not accept returns, however if you are not satisfied you may
return any item purchased at my store at buyer's cost. Once I have received and
confirmed it is the same item, I can process a full refund. It goes both ways,
there are many buyers out there that are not good people and abuse the seller,
so I must be vigilant as well and protect my business. I prefer to only work
with good people.
