Device has not fully been tested,

Device is in great condition (as shown in pictures) when i plugged it into a power supply i have the device did not power on, i tried using 4 double a batteries and still no luck, im not very familiar with this device as i have not used one before..

This device comes with everything shown in the pictures and is missing both back covers, battery cover and cartridge holder cover.

Device is sold as is..
