'SEGA Freaks The Card' series, which was exclusive to Japan, was released in three different selections between 1996 and 1997. Each series features multiple subsets relating to the games, hardware and characters throughout SEGA's rich gaming history, all printed in their original CGI/illustrated glory on beautiful glossy card stock.
The Limited Deluxe Prism cards were inserted at a rate of 1 per every 1.5 boxes and at the time of listing this is the first example of a complete set that I've been able to find online. Single copies of these cards rarely appear for sale (not a single copy has been listed on eBay in the last 5 years) making this is a great opportunity to own arguably the rarest SEGA trading cards ever produced!
