The exterior of the case (main body) has been cleaned and has some minor scratches, but is in good condition overall.
The pointer lacquer at the bezel "0" position is discolored.
There is a small crack and wrinkle in the pinhole on the band and 6 o'clock side. There are other scratches, but it is relatively clean.
