A couple of nuggets are every-so-slightly loose.  No danger at all of falling out - just the next time you go to a jeweler, take this along and in about 10 seconds he can tighten the sterling collars - you can do it if you are brave enough - I fear I might crack a stone (I have sausage fingers . . . !!)
