These Ladies "Apt 9" Size 16, Cumin Spice, Mid Rise, Cuffed, Shorts are a great find.  Fabric content is:  98% Cotton and 2% Spandex.  Measurements (taken while item is lying flat) are:  Waist - 19"(38"), Inseam - 5". Rise - 11", Thigh - 14", Bottom Leg Opening - 13".  They have a vertical double hook/zipper closure along with 5 belt loops around the waistband.  There are two angled, side entry front pockets with a smaller inset pocket at the opening of the right side.  The back has seams to look like inset pockets, but there are NO BACK POCKETS, just seams.  They do have a cuff that is stitched in place so you don't have to worry about it falling down.  Nice looking shorts.
