Boston & Sandwich Flint Glass Craquelle Overshot 8 1/2" Art Glass Bowl With Gold.  Examples of overshot glass can be seen in Barlow & Kaisers Sandwich Glass book vol. 4.  It dates to about 1870-1880's.  It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.  Rim has gold trim  which is in great shape.  This piece was purchased in the town of Sandwich, about 5 miles from where the factory once stood.  It measures 8 1/2" across, and a little over 1 3/4" high.
