This is: HP Compaq NC6000 370703-001 bezel panel with touchpad for laptop keyboard L@@K. I bought this to replace mine but found out I didn't need it so this has been sat boxed. It looks like it's come off an old machine so is not "new" as such but it is in good working order to my knowledge and does not have any cosmetic damage.

P.S. I charge postage for what Royal Mail charges me. I recycle all packaging to be nice to the environments. If Royal Mail lose/damage an item I will ask them to investigate. This process takes roughly 1 month.
