Limited edition of 5000, numbered. Boxed with a book (foreword by Jon Peel

1-1 to 1-3: according to the book "The Roxy. Our Story" (2016) by Andrew Czezowski & Susan Carrington, the demo was recorded on 23 July 1976 at Barry Jones' basement studio at 47A Warrington Crescent, London; a cassette was sent on 25 July to Phonogram Records and Virgin, Phonogram rejected the tape in a letter dated 27 July 1976.
1-23: Alternate mix from Damned Collection EP (1985).

Three piece box consisting of a cardboard base and tray, with a transparent PVC lid. Affixed is a numbered hype sticker.
The front of the 132 page softback book forms the visible cover art.
Discs 1 and 2 are in a standard jewel case with a hinged clear tray and with a four page booklet.
Disc 3 is in a single pocket cardboard sleeve.
The package came shrink-wrapped.
