USA: 5 dollar flat rate for raw comics with no limit.
Canada: 13 Dollars for the 1st comic and 1.50 each after that.
International: 15 dollars for the 1st comic and 1.50 each after that.
CGC books are 11.99 flat rate for up to 20 CGC slabs in the USA, 22 bucks and 10 combined for Canada and 28 bucks and 14 combined for international.
