SHIPPING

We only ship to the address that is on your eBay account. If you want your package sent to a different address you can easily change it during check out. 

You are responsible for the address that you provide us.  If a package does not get deliver because of an invalid shipping address we are not responsible. 

Shipping & handling is 1 business days once payment has cleared through PayPal.  

NO ADDRESS CHANGE

Thank you for your valued business. Please note that per eBay policy, we CAN NOT make any changes to shipping addresses when the order is placed.  Shipping labels are automatically generated to the addressed entered and confirmed by the buyer.  If an order is returned due to an incorrect address you will be required to re-purchase shipping.


TRACKING AND ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL

- Tracking information is provided automatically to buyer at the time of shipping by email to the email address on the PayPal payment

- Log onto USPS.com to get more details with tracking info

- U.S. buyers should allow 7-10 business days for their items to arrive

- International buyers should allow 20-30 business days for their items to arrive

- Please also realize that the time of arrival ultimately depends on your country's postal service and holidays

DAMAGES

We understand that mishaps can happen during shipping.  Should this happen please do not throw anything away.

Take a picture and email it to us and we will take care of it accordingly.  


REFUND/EXCHANGES

- All items are subject to return to seller for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date.
- Items must be in original condition / unused / unopened
- Buyers pay for return shipping cost
